Data we collect

When you browse the site, our servers receive standard technical logs such as IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, organisation and message you provide. If you submit an ecosystem contribution, we collect the contributor name and email, the proposed content and the sources you attach.

Purpose and legal basis

We process browsing data to keep the site secure, prevent abuse and diagnose technical issues (legitimate interest). Contact form data is used solely to reply to your request (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures). Contribution data is processed to verify, moderate and publish curated ecosystem information (legitimate interest and, where required, your consent).

Retention

Technical logs are kept for up to 90 days, unless longer retention is necessary for security investigations. Contact form messages are retained for the time needed to close your request and then archived for up to 24 months for legal defence. Contribution data is kept for as long as the related content remains published, plus the period required by applicable law.

Your rights

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your personal data, restrict processing, object to it, or request data portability. To exercise your rights, write to privacy@hyper.works. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
