Como funciona um tubo de baixa pressão
Um tubo de baixa pressão é um sistema de contenção e controlo, não uma simples carcaça. O design deve tornar a pressão, deformação, juntas, acesso e procedimentos de emergência mensuráveis.
1. Projetar a secção
Define diameter, loads, tolerances, materials, supports and vehicle interfaces. The section must include technical access, evacuation routes and inspection systems.
2. Gerir a pressão
Pumping is managed in zones and must account for leakage, temperature, contamination and recovery time. Independent sensors and alarm thresholds make behaviour observable.
3. Verificar antes da operação
Testing includes tightness, load, vibration, fire, power loss, braking and rescue. Progression should move from components and subsystems to a representative section.
