كيف يعمل أنبوب الضغط المنخفض
أنبوب الضغط المنخفض هو نظام احتواء وتحكم، وليس مجرد غلاف بسيط. يجب أن يجعل التصميم الضغط، والتشوه، والمفاصل، والوصول، وإجراءات الطوارئ قابلة للقياس.
1. تصميم المقطع
Define diameter, loads, tolerances, materials, supports and vehicle interfaces. The section must include technical access, evacuation routes and inspection systems.
2. إدارة الضغط
Pumping is managed in zones and must account for leakage, temperature, contamination and recovery time. Independent sensors and alarm thresholds make behaviour observable.
3. التحقق قبل التشغيل
Testing includes tightness, load, vibration, fire, power loss, braking and rescue. Progression should move from components and subsystems to a representative section.
